About Me

I’m Alexandra, a North Vancouver–based Registered Dietitian with a BSc in Nutritional Science (major in Dietetics) from McGill University. I completed my clinical internship at the Montreal General Hospital, where I gained hands-on experience in a range of nutrition-related areas. Since then, I’ve worked in both public and private healthcare settings, supporting clients through challenges such as eating disorder recovery, digestive health concerns, mental health nutrition, chronic disease management, and more.

My approach to nutrition is rooted in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based care. I understand how overwhelming today’s food environment and diet culture can be, and I strive to offer a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective—believing that health is not determined by weight, shape, or size. Instead, we focus on sustainable lifestyle habits, listening to your body’s cues, and building a more peaceful and balanced relationship with food.

I’m passionate about helping people move away from restriction, reduce food-related stress, and find freedom in eating. My goal is to help you feel confident and capable in your choices through personalized, practical nutrition strategies that support your unique goals and values.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me at a spin class, out on a long walk, spending time with my family, or attempting a cold plunge!

What is a Dietitian?

How are they different from other nutrition professionals?

Registered Dietitians are regulated healthcare professional with expertise in the science of nutrition. They have a passion for nutrition and help convey its potential to optimize ones health and wellbeing. Dietitians translate the science into terms you can understand. All dietitians have completed a degree in nutrition from an accredited university that includes hands-on training, internships and passed a federal registration exam.

All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians
