About Me

Welcome! My name is Alexandra and I’m a Registered Dietitian and founder of All Health Nutrition.

In my practice, I support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals by guiding them to build simple, sustainable habits that actually stick long-term. By blending the psychology of eating and behaviour change with the latest evidence-based nutrition science, I tailor my recommendations to fit each client’s unique needs and often busy lifestyles.

I work from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective- meaning I believe that health is possible at any weight, shape or size, and includes mental, emotional, and physical health. I’m passionate about helping people move away from food restriction, reduce food-related stress, and find food freedom.

My goal is to help you feel confident and capable in your choices through personalized and practical nutrition strategies.

My Areas of Practice Include:

  • Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
  • Digestive health (including IBS, Crohn’s/Ulcerative Colitis, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, celiac disease, food intolerances)
  • Motivation, lifestyle change, building healthy habits, balanced eating, meal planning
  • Intuitive Eating
  • Mental health nutrition (including anxiety, depression, ADHD)
  • Chronic disease management (including diabetes, fatty liver, heart disease, hypertension and more)

In my free time, you’ll find me at spin class, out on a long walk, spending time with friends and attempting a cold plunge!

What is a Dietitian?

How are they different from other nutrition professionals?

Registered Dietitians are regulated healthcare professional with expertise in the science of nutrition. They have a passion for nutrition and help convey its potential to optimize ones health and wellbeing. Dietitians translate the science into terms you can understand. All dietitians have completed a degree in nutrition from an accredited university that includes hands-on training, internships and passed a federal registration exam.

All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians
