Registered Dietitian Team
What is a Dietitian?
How are they different from other nutrition professionals?
Registered Dietitians are regulated healthcare professional with expertise in the science of nutrition. They have a passion for nutrition and help convey its potential to optimize ones health and wellbeing. Dietitians translate the science into terms you can understand. All dietitians have completed a degree in nutrition from an accredited university that includes hands-on training, internships and passed a federal registration exam.
All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians
Why Work with a Registered Dietitian?
Working with a Registered Dietitian can help you turn nutrition knowledge into action and achieve long-term health and wellbeing. Dietitians do more than provide generic advice—they take the time to understand your unique lifestyle, preferences, and health goals, and translate complex nutrition science into practical strategies you can actually use. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from illness, or simply looking to improve your everyday habits, an RD helps bridge the gap between knowing what’s healthy and actually making it happen.
